Frequently Asked
Do I need to be home?
No. Once the installation location is approved, service can be completed without anyone home.
Is the flag included?
Absolutely! Your season membership includes the use of both the flag and pole. We install everything before each game, remove it afterward and take care of storage during the offseason. You do not have to buy equipment, track the schedule or do any setup—we handle it all.
What if my team has a bye week?
No service is performed during bye weeks because your team is not playing. Your membership covers every regular-season game on your team's schedule.
What happens in severe weather?
Timing may be adjusted when high winds, lightning or other hazardous conditions make service unsafe.
Can I choose where the flag goes?
Yes. We will confirm an attractive and safe installation location that avoids utilities, irrigation and other obstacles.
